Refund & Return Policy – NasoViva

60-Day Satisfaction Policy
We want you to feel confident buying from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your product.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted if:

- The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

- The item is unused and in original condition and packaging

Because our product is a hygiene item, we cannot accept used items unless they were defective upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@nasoviva.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue.

  2. We will review your request and provide the return instructions.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Return Shipping Costs

- If the product is defective or incorrect → We cover the return shipping cost.

- For all other returns → Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
